Applications
for membership may be picked up at our office.
Monday - Friday 10:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
COST:
There is a one time initiation fee of $130.00 that goes towards
administration expenses ($65 goes to the AFM and $65 to our Local Union)
plus pertinent membership dues. The initiation fee is waived for youth and
student memberships (see Bylaws for specifics).
FOR
DUAL MEMBERSHIP (more than one Local) initiation is $65.00
If you become a new member, a minimum advance payment of $40.00 [one full quarter] is due at the time you join, plus any pro-rated dues owed for the current quarter in which you are joining along with the initiation fees.

ANNUAL
- REGULAR MEMBERS (if paid in Jan) - $160.00

QUARTERLY
- REGULAR MEMBERS
Paid at the beginning of each quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct): $40.00
Paid second month of quarter (Feb, May, Aug, Nov): $40.25
Paid third month of quarter (Mar, Jun, Sep, Dec): $40.50
ANNUAL - LIFE MEMBERS (if paid in Jan) - $64.00
To qualify as a Life Member, you must be at least 65 years of age
and have held continuous membership in an AFM for 35 years.
QUARTERLY
- LIFE MEMBERS
Paid at the beginning of each quarter (Jan, Apr, Jul, Oct): $16.00
Paid second month of quarter (Feb, May, Aug, Nov): $16.25
Paid third month of quarter (Mar, Jun, Sep, Dec): $16.50

REINSTATEMENT FEE:
A $10.00 charge is added
for those whose membership has lapsed for five quarters.
